Just been to Chorley food festival and I got soaked by the heavy shower with a odd rumble of thunder. I am looking forward to Eurovision tonight.
I had a ostrich burger and I enjoyed it.

I just came back from Cumbria and I took a picture of a mountain today that is got bits of snow left. Its a bit weird to see snow in May. That is Winter for you.

Might have to go outside and throw the wheelie bins around a bit to create the illusion of thunder.....

I think we will catch one some point this week because its April showers. It may not happen today it may happen in the next few days. We got all week to catch thunder.

I got a feeling that a Thunderstorm is on its way or developing over our heads. I hope it does.
I do saw some towering clouds here. It wouldn't surprise me if I heard thunder or 2 from those.

The truth behind air quality is that poor air quality in the past were ignored by the media. I believe Summer last year we had some hot, hazy days which maybe have pollution but the media just wouldn't covered it. Its just about time they finally just covered it this week. Millions of people died from pollution around the world including Europe but the media didn't get much coverage on it and cared about it. The media seems to think poor air quality is actually alright but is not, its bad for your health.
Media is sometimes can be quite ''out of touch'' at times.
Daily Express had even said it.

It were smoggy this morning and it cleared around 10am and since then its cloudy and the hazy weather has gone at last. It rained last night, it caused the Saharan dust to descend down to earth and cause the smog here. Good job it didn't last all day.

Absolute beast of a storm just passed. Was going for a good 30-45 minutes. The hail associated with the core was just insane.
2 beautiful storms already this year....beats last year's overall tally by,erm, 2.
I hope it will come Preston way. Come get me Thunderstorm!!

What a glorious, sunny and hazy day. Its definitely have a warmer feel to it than the last couple of days.
Not a shower/T-storm here.I'm gonna guess in the next couple of weeks will be gorgeous, then after that by June it be awful. I must make a best of it before it turns into a washout by June.

Then Winter is finished. Oh well maybe I should wait for a few months and hope or this weekend at least. But the beeb says Wintry showers weekend.

I think this weekend is going to be a interesting one. It is going to be a lot colder and hopefully some white stuff on its way. If that fails than Winter is finished then.
I want snow so badly!!
