Heavy snow on & off since 0630,seem to be in a streamer looking at the radar

Light snow here,presuming this is the beginning of the end for this cold spell

Woke up to a another couple of cm’s,wasn’t really expecting that to be honest before turning in last night,all the snow seemed to be heading Scunthorpe’s way

After last nights snow,we’ve not had one shower today so lots of thawing taking place,let’s see what tonight brings

Morning,just popped out,we definitely did well with the streamer last night,around 13cm of snow,probably more up on the tops towards Normandy le wold,not bad in 32hrs or so & considering the snow melt yesterday afternoon

Horrible conditions in caistor now mate after a quietish day,the a46 really is a no go,the snows been relentless for a few hours now,pleased our area has finally got something

Both the bbc & met office have us down for heavy snow from 1800 till tomorrow afternoon,there was me thinking that was it

Wind has definitely changed direction from the early hours,we’re missing all the big lumps to the north of us

Nothing really falling at the mo,not sure why the amber warning is in force,haven’t had anything major since 7am unless some heavy stuff is forecast
