pressure stable here at 973 mb - temp dropping rapidly and winds howling! Not so nice out there now! Keep safe everyone. x

Pressure here dropped from 997 mb to 977 mb in the last hour. No real wind yet to talk about, just a kind of weird air (lol, don't you love the pun:-) of expectation.

Strong winds this morning blew the shutters in my bedroom open but all is calm now - very wet and grey out. Keep safe everyone. x

Friends I was wondering if any of you know if schools will kept open tomorrow. I am debating whether to send my children to school tomorrow but my instincts are telling me it's not going to be safe enough. Am I just being a stress Bess, lol?
