I wonder if it’s to do with the country being in lockdown,, they won’t be expecting the normal traffic levels to warrant a red warning

It might be for that reason they won’t give a red warning..but surely for the sake of the people getting jag they might put out a red warning to stop them risking there life

Latest UKV is a little better for Aberdeen, Tayside and Fife than the previous run, totals still very much on the stonking side (not to be taken too literally of course but as a rough indication of where it's distributing the showers over the next couple of days):

The lines out in the North Sea seem to be getting longer - bit of a lull along the Forth-Clyde line as the 'pasting zone' moves south into North Fife/Tayside

that looks like that my area is going to get some amount of snow upcoming wee update here its not snowed in a hour or 2 but those showers on the radar are inching more south

Whoops You must be just on the edge of marginal - going by Wundermap the last places left east of Glasgow with a dewpoint over 0C are right on the Forth, and Cumbernauld seems to be around 1.5/0.3 or so.

so does whatever fall here according to the dewpoint will be snow or is it just a bit marginal ?
