    Good night all I must get some sleep as I have to leave snow starved Weymouth tomorrow to go to work in Narnia . It really is a different world the other side of the Ridgeway

    It was on the ITV West Country news at 6pm. The Red Cross have been taking people to hospital appointments during this snowy period.

    There are reports on Twitter A35 closed Dorhester to Bridport and the Ridgeway is very icy as per Weymouth has rain.

    Rodwell has had very little. Do you think we will get some more as I have a very disappointed husband who stayed up half the night lamp post watching as he was to excited to sleep.

    In our part of Weymouth at the moment a light covering but it is still snowing and bad around Dorchester which is where I have to go.

    Raining on the side of Weymouth we live on. I say this because it is not unknown for one side of the town to have rain and the other snow. Amazing for a small town

    No snow yet in our part of Weymouth - I say this because it is not unknown for it to snow on the other side of town and not here.

    Thank you Hoops for the reply -Have been stranded a few times at work or on my way home so get a bit anxious at the mention of snow. I like to be prepared always have the old wellies in the car. Don't mind if it snows overnight at least I am at home.
