  1. Enjoying the seasonal weather here. Perfect autumnal weather, exactly what the weather script for the time of year says we should be experiencing (-:
  2. I think I understand what you mean William - you want to do this? Insert something here commenting on the first half of your sentence... And then finish off here? There's no automatic way of doing that I'm afraid. You have to Quote the original post, then by copying and pasting (Ctrl C and Ctrl V) produce multiples of the same Quoted post. Then edit those multiple Quoted posts to chop them up.
  3. What a lovely early autumn day. Broken cloud, crystal blue skies and warm sunshine. Was a pleasure sat outside the coffee shop on Castle Street earlier.
  4. Aye it's a fair old blustery day out there. Wind rushing through the chimney pots in the tenements. Not heard that in a few months - nice.
  5. Hi sriram I'm sure the development team will indeed take this on board - thanks for your feedback
  6. It really couldn't be clearer - as it says on the forum page: We have a whole forum called The Lounge for non-weather related chat http://forum.netweather.tv/forum/17-the-lounge/
  7. Shame I'm not on the map to see what conditions are like here *Pffft*
  8. Hooray - the weather is back to normal. What a relief
  9. First lightning returns in the Peak District appearing now - east of Manchestford and north of Derby.
  10. East of Lancaster up the M6 over Shap looks exciting right now. As does a line from Coventry to Derby.
  11. Flashes all evening here in Auld Reekie. Now it's dark even more from further away lighting up the sky. Never known weather like it in my fifteen years here.
  12. Looks like the first proper storm to hit Edinburgh for many years is about to arrive on a NNW trajectory... Signalling and trains already knackered at Dunbar.
  13. We've had a couple of reports - and we have moved a few one liner posts saying 'wow hot is ace' or 'it's 42ºC in my greenhouse' to other threads. Similarly, bickering is frankly tedious. Please remember this is the model output discussion thread. We want charts, analysis, ideas about the future based on the models - there are plenty of other spaces across the many pages of the forum to post about 'having an ice cream on the beach'... Ta
  14. After yesterday's afternoon greyness and haar (morning max 22ºC - by 4pm it was 14ºC), it's a beautiful sunny morning with gin clear skies. So refreshing for the proper heat of last week to have moved south
  15. Anoprop? Haar? Whatever it is, it comes and goes but it doesn't move anywhere.
  16. lol no Colsuth. Wishful thinking! Wet day until an hour or so ago. Much more rain than Judith forecast - but that was hinted at by the fact that the rainband shown on the graphics at 08.30 was advancing into western Glasgow, but it was raining in Edinburgh already....
  17. Climate change discussions can continue here - http://forum.netweather.tv/forum/105-climate-and-environment/ Please stick to the topic of the UK's weather patterns.
  18. Drop me, or any Admin team member a PM and we can delete your account
  19. You'll be aware of the reason snowwatchGB - please feel free to contact a member of the Forum Team by PM,
  20. Cloudy morning, sunny afternoon. Milky sky however, not like yesterday's deep blue.
