Hmm bear in mind though that yesterday’s UKV showed zero accumulation this morning associated with the showers. Massively underplayed the snow.

Pretty much all model output showing snow tomorrow morning now . A few 18z stragglers still to come out but Arpege, GFS, ICON, plus the MetO high res-app forecast showing snow now, even a few heavier bursts (screenshot below). So the potential is very much there. Radar watching from now on.

Yes 18z GFS shows 3-4cm tomorrow morning. Widespread snow showers.

Haha euro4 is no more sadly. No she stayed over to avoid being stuck at home and unable to get in. Nearly a foot of snow in south Manc that morning. She presented the breakfast bulletins given the severity of the weather.
