    Strange how some have had inches. My ins had another 1-2CM but anywhere not immediately covered in snow, paths, roads, patios, roofs have virtually completely thawed. We've had pellet snow falling since 6pm Thursday for all bar 7-8 hours last night. Imagine totals of that would have come down all at ONCE!

    Not really much to say. Still snizzling as has been the case all day, roads wet, pavements turning to ice. No accumulation.

    A couple of extra CM's on the bins, but nothing more on paths or roads. Bit of a thaw today.

    Latest been forecast looked promising here for a time around 4pm tommorrow.

    It basically said. Chance of showers in the east Sunday, with a band of showers moving in from the north to affect the west. Monday showery, Tuesday something more significant and then she said that the cold could stick around for aslong as the next 10-11 days. Seemed all a bit OTT to me as the PPN charts dont really look solid like doing 'anything' at the moment.

    Now that today's event is coming to a close, its eyes back down for a solid evening of 12z watching. Here's hoping for a repeat Sunday/Monday.

    Id suggest Sunday's front is looking good for the SE, London and potentially the east midlands. Un-sure on westward content.

    It's slowly fizzling out now. It's like moderate snizzle, but its been a much better event that I previously expected.

    Latest been forecast showed patches of snow all tonight and all day tommorrow to. Not sure whether I'd rather 24 hours of this snow or 3-4 of proper heavy. I think the latter. Anyone got thoughts on Monday yet?

    If your watching, I'm watching. What does the 18z suggest for Sunday night/Monday? PPN looks poor again tommorrow. 2-5cm tops.

    Tommorrow is going to be a very frustrating day. Last week we were MARGINALLY too far west, tommorrow too far east. I expect a few light flurries based on experience. All this from 10-15CM 36 hours ago. We'l never get a sweet spot.
