  12. Ladies and gentlemen on behalf of Captain Coast and the entire Netweather crew welcome aboard this non-stop service to Snowmageddon…. Before take-off: ensure that your location is in your profile, especially when reporting snow fall it’s really useful if we know where you are so we can come and rescue you if you get snowed in (You can do this by clicking on your profile, then clicking "edit profile". Add your location and save). Do not swear inside any part of the forum at any time and do not tamper with the swear filter. Ensure that you stay ‘on topic’ at busy times and avoid pointless one liners. Follow the forum team leader’s instructions in an emergency: Keep your seat belt fastened: If we enter a zone of turbulence please stay calm, a team member will be along with the chill pills. In the event of an upgrade: an oxygen mask will fall from the panel above your head, place the mask over your nose and mouth and breathe normally. In the event of a downgrade: adopt the recommended brace position. link to the previous thread here...
  13. Hopefully not Mark, the majority of regular contributors seem to feel the same as you so we will see how it goes....I personally agree, there are some lovely people on here and a great atmosphere so it would be a shame to split things up. Time for a new thread, please have your boarding passes ready…….
  14. Yellow Warning of Ice for London & South East England : Bracknell Forest, Brighton and Hove, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Greater London, Hampshire, Kent, Medway, Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Reading, Slough, Surrey, West Berkshire, West Sussex, Windsor and Maidenhead & Wokingham Yellow Warning of Ice for East of England : Bedford, Cambridgeshire, Central Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough, Southend-on-Sea, Suffolk & Thurrock Valid from: 0005 on Fri 7 Dec 2012 Valid to: 1030 on Fri 7 Dec 2012 Following the southeastward clearance of rain overnight, temperatures will fall close to freezing over much of the area leading to the formation of ice on untreated surfaces. Morning Coast and all, Would you mind doing mine for me then please If I can make it from the front door to the car without falling over it will be a miracle, the path and untreated road here look pretty lethal and then there is the problem that I can't reach the middle part of the windscreen ! Stay safe everyone and fingers crossed next week delivers after all the build up and excitement...although personally I'm waiting to see how things pan out after the weekend before I get too
  17. I've still got plenty in stock here in my garage....the ones I brought for last winter and never used
