A trip to A&E

I spent 2 hours in A&E this morning. I woke up and had real problems breathing, plus I had a pain in left arm.
As a result, the other ex decided that he'd had enough and took me to Derriford Hospital. I felt a bit of a fraud- but I had an ECG (all fine) but the chest infection has got worse overnight. The docs have now doubled my antibiotics and given me some strong painkillers, and thankfully they seem to be working, but it's early doors.
Work have been good- told me to come back when I'm ready, so it's another 2 days off at least.
But I have to say- A&E were excellent- nothing too much trouble and very calm when I needed it. Sometimes, I am proud of the NHS and all its staff.
