Latest additions and updates - Autumn 2025

  • Updated smooth radar algorithm
  • Smoothing now available on Nowcast radar
  • New future accumulation options - 15, 30, 45, 60 and 120 minutes now available
  • Lightning display filters - choose to show strikes from the last 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 minutes
  • Updated precipitation notifications - now includes the length of time precip is expected to last (also displayed in postcode marker popups)
  • Simpler postcode removal option - click the delete postcode link within the postcode marker popup
  • Improved wind graph display in wind marker popups
  • Improved satellite (Eumetsat option) animation performance
  • Updated Eumetsat satellite imagery - higher resolution and night-time images now available
  • Bug fixes
