Jo Farrow: Monday rain fading, turning blustery and eventually cooler later this week

With high pressure to our northeast blocking incoming Atlantic fronts, it's a struggle for them to make inroads at the moment. But that will start to change as blustery rain moves west to east later in the week, eventually introducing some cooler air.
