N.Ireland, NW Wales, NW England and S&W Scotland all look to be seeing another inch of rain on Tuesday, so over 25mm. Problems remain on the River Ouse in York and for North Yorkshire. Flood warnings are decreasing over much of Scotland, NW England and Wales to start Tuesday but we are awaiting the effects of Barneys extra rain.
