Brighton & Hove Pride will be celebrated this weekend. Saturday brings showers but it will improve, gradually.
Thurs 31st
The forecast hasn't improved over the past few days. THere will be a lot of cloud and showers about, with the threat of heavy downpours in the morning. However, things improve through the day, sunshine coming through as temperatures reach 19C. Bit of a breeze coming off the sea on a rather mixed weather day, which brightens up to a dry evening.
Sunday evening is still looking fine
Monday 28th
If you're worried about getting enough beauty sleep/rest before Saturday's festival, the good news is that the next few nights won't be anywhere near as hot and humid as last week. It will still be warm and sunny this week (22C by day) but at the moment Saturday is looking like being slightly cooler with some showers.
Nothing like Monday's torrential downpours, lightning and hail, the weather has shaken that little episode out of it's system. Just the risk of the odd shower mixed with sunshine. It shouldn't be windy, which should suit the Parade and Preston Park Pride-Goers outfits.
Anyone camping Saturday night, be warned it will turn a bit chilly down to 11C, although it should be dry.
On Sunday evening, for the candle event at New Steine Gardens, it is looking fine and warmer, again light winds, so ideal weather for the Celebration.
Update here on Thursday but keep an eye on the forecast here
