More warmth and sunshine, after a scorching week. 30.4C Derrylin, Co. Fermanagh 28th
Northern Ireland
Temperatures will tail off a bit this weekend but don’t fret the fine weather will still be around for the first week of July. Top temperatures will be in the low to mid-twenties rather pushing 30C. High pressure is nearby and it looks mostly dry, maybe a scattering of showers on Wednesday but don’t worry too much at this stage. Keep an eye on the Netweather Radar if the threat remains. Weather apps tend to over do the risk in this kind of setup. There will be an easterly breeze at least of the first half of the week and it will give a fresher feel to central and eastern counties at times. However, the sunshine remains strong, high UV levels and high pollen.
Enjoy your summer break
