Atlantic low pressure systems are queuing up at the moment, with one bringing a spell of rain on Thursday. Then followed by a much deeper, more potent low at the end of Friday and into the weekend. Stormy weather is likely, especially across southern Britain and Ireland, along with some heavy rain.
