FA Cup Final this weekend. Southeast England has been quite warm this week, will that last til Saturday as Aston Villa meet Arsenal. And tickets do fall from the sky.
Kick off at 5:30pm on Saturday in NW London as Arsenal meet Aston Villa. The London holders of the trophy play against the Birmingham Club, who haven't won the FA Cup since 1957, is this their year?
Not that the supporters will care too much about the weather, just that their team wins. However, no-one wants a late goal against them due to an unfortunate slip on wet ground, to be crying about 'being robbed' on the way home.
Good news, it will be dry and bright. There will be sunny spells making it feel warm but the air will be cool and only up to 16C. If you seats are in the shade it won't be that warm.
Forecast on Thursday 28th. Keep uptodate here
A lucky Gunners fan has just received 2 tickets to the Saturday final that fell from the sky! His grandmother found the pair attached to a burst weather balloon that was launched as a prize in a competition on the 27th. The balloon was launched from Wembley stadium, travelled 18 miles up into the stratosphere where it burst and then descended to Broad Oak in Sussex, 3 hours later. The upper winds are more westerly today, it would have ended up in S. Essex on Thursday.
