So while the the pollution is cleared, it will be a lot cooler for the Grand National and Boat Race crowds tomorrow, but they should stay dry as rain clears England and Wales to the east during the morning, but it remains showery for Scotland, N Ireland and Ireland
It will be cold enough for the rain to fall as wintry showers and snow for a time over higher ground in Scotland tomorrow, but nothing too disruptive. Sunday will keep a feed of showers over the northern half of the UK, with a fresh westerly breeze, but it'll be brighter further south and for the far north, though some showers will continue over northern Scotland.
The quick blip of cooler temperatures will be short lived as high pressure builds back in next week, turning things milder again, though the northern half of the UK will remain unsettled at times for the first few days.
