Mild, More Wind And Rain, Turning Cooler - Jo Farrow 24th February
After a very mild start to the week, wind and rain arrive overnight tonight (Monday) and another spell of windy, wet weather later this week before things calm a little by Friday and it turns chillier.
A very mild Monday for many will be followed by a spell of wind and heavy rain quickly crossing the country overnight, clearing the east tomorrow morning, with some occasionally heavy and thundery showers and bright spells following behind. A second spell of very wet and windy weather is on the cards later on Wednesday, but by Friday it should be calmer and colder.
