Now at TD status

Philippines "The tropical cyclone is forecast to cross Central Luzon (roughly to the east & north of Metro Manila)". There has been torrential rain for Eastern Samar (150mm) possible record amount here, awaiting PAGASA verification.

Warnings continue, for damaging winds, rough seas & storm surge #JolinaPH (local name by Philippines) or #Conson by Japan Met Agency RSMC. Was a PH Typhoon, listed as tropical depression on front page of PAGASA but  Severe Tropical Storm Jolina in the text

Luzon including Manila is now  down to TCWS1
