Frequent thunder from the little shower that just passed quickly over Aldeburgh.

Time lapse of a thundery shower passing over earlier. Got two rumbles out of it but most interesting part was the intense rainfall and squally winds.

Quite a bit of lightning around Glasgow in the past hour.  There were a couple of heavy showers here in Lincoln earlier but no thunder - the thundery activity over England is mostly to the north and east, apart from a cell over the south-west.

Do not understand how ive got a 43% storm chance here..

Virtually whole of Kent and sussex except far nw Kent is shower free now ,had a few fleeting showers flying though on a gusty wind ,the beefy ones coming up from west country are taking the 303 up to London ,if one slips out of formation over say Gatwick I might see one ,but for you ide say don't hold ya breath ,but you have to down there with wind anyway

yep. Another day of absolutely nothing for my town again, and the wait continues. Still just the one rumble of thunder since last August.

And another. Looks like the small line of cells behind it is heading for me. Hope they can get going. The one south of Lincoln looks quite active!

Dunno if it’s a storm, but it’s something. Also, looks like something else is trying to form.
