Weather app now showing thunder risk from 0100 for my neck of the woods - this marrying with @staplehurst and @Nick F convective forecasts. 
 

WRF-NMM modelling not insignificant MUCAPE through the night here too, so hopefully might be interesting

You must’ve been right on the edge of it. 10/15 minutes of the heaviest rain I’ve seen in a long time.

These popped up in my back garden , whether they will bear fruit as it were is anyone's guess . The earlier cell went to Yeovil .

Technically was about 50miles too far north Friday night (mid channel was optimal), 20miles too far south Saturday, 30 miles too far west yesterday and for the full house about 30miles too Far East today. 
 

You literally couldn’t make it up.

Yes i thought it's heading your way, cells  like that head to Yeovil. 

If the plume was out the front of the house then I would have given it a chance . That much I have learned lol .

Do you have bad WiFi or something, never gone of here even from big storms except the one time I wasn't home for an import(although I did still get it)
