A dry and cloudy night after some evening sunshine yesterday. Not much change this morning, although there are a few hints of brightness through the cloud at times.

Another cloudy night, cloudy this morning, showery light  rain.  A couple of brief light showers during the morning and early afternoon. The late afternoon saw more in the way of broken cloud allowing sunny spells.

Well the cloud finally broke mid afternoon, just short glimpses of the sun, temperature 4 C below the max of yesterday. Will tomorrow be better?
