The daily 'downgrading' of forecasts continues. It's a cloudy start, with some brief brighter interludes, with a keen NE breeze taking the edge off a chilly start (about 7c at present),

BBC going for cloud all day, MO jumping between cloud, clear and sunny intervals although their text update for today suggests that cloud will build during the day particularly in Kent and London, which seems to go against their actual forecast, the NW forecast seems to sit in the middle.
