All lightning died now but keeps developing really fast so will probably come back.

No lightning from anything near me for over 10 minutes now waiting for next batch.

well as per, storms 15 miles to east, west, north and south.......but never close enough to me. Ever. And never in right direction. Oh well.

Looks like I got me lawns mowed just in time! As my lawns are now turning white with hailstones!

Have to be honest I was just too far away to hear the thunder from that storm over Ellesmere Port way that @Chris.R mentioned.

But here are the latest rainfall radar and lightning maps. ⛈️??

Back in full swing on my main pc now and here is the little storm that produced the one crack of thunder earlier

then i could just make out the one over Donny way

I noticed that the strikes seem to be recessing backwards to the SW...the opposite to where we want them to be

Just had about 8-10 flashes and rumbles from a storm on the outskirts of Wrexham. We’ve had more storms here in a week than we can have in a whole year lol
