Hurricane Committee retire Dorian, Laura, Eta and Iota. Greek alphabet usage ends

The WMO Hurricane Committee meets each year to discuss the past Atlantic season, consider any name retirements and replacements and look forward. This year the whole Greek alphabet has been jettisoned.
