Cleared up into a sunny afternoon but very hazy so not much strength in the sun. Pleasantly warm.

Cracking down here on the coast, the warmth has returned..24.3°C at: 13:49

A fair amount of sea mist though even now, as Old Harry still isn't visible from Bournemouth. Boats parked outside the exclusion zone watching the airshow..

Lord alive it’s a proper summer evening! Hazy sunshine, decaying TCu towers, 23c+ after 19.00 and we’re sat outside at this time for the first time in X number of weeks!

Made it to 25.1°C today.

Air quality is taking a hit, I have noticed. The last two days have seen the worst air quality here, since getting an outdoor air quality sensor a year ago.

Hit 28.3c here today apparently. Can't say it felt that hot mind. But it was lush. Not too hot for cleaning the chickens out ...

Morning All, a blue sky day, after so many cloudy days, and it has the feeling of going to be a warm one, so time to get out and finish laying the slabs on the patio.

Overnight low of 11.9°C at: 07:11 has already made it up to 24.5°C with RH68%, with a fair amount of sea mist preventing the view across to the Purbecks again today..

The satellite view is very different from the past week, showing a very clear sub M4 zone

Send us a picture of your handiwork later Ted! Gorgeous here again today. I could take the rest of September like this please! ...

Too much high cloud around taking what little strength there is out of the sun. A common problem in September spells... must do better!

Seriously questioning the Met Office app lately. Now showing rain on Wednesday for Poole when it had been showing glorious sunshine for days! Not impressed!

The frontal rain associated  with the low to the SW does appear to be a tad further east than 24 hours ago. Fine margins

Just 0.2°C shy of the magic 30°C here about an hour ago.  Early fog cleared really quickly this morning and the fair weather cumulus has not been a problem.

Agree with Dan about the MetO forecast for Wednesday here too, earlier it was sunny all through to early evening and now there appears to be rain coming in the morning too.

Dewpoint matched that of the July spell here this afternoon. Humid is the word.

Reached 26.0°C here around lunchtime but with a slight breeze it's been around 23°C for most of the afternoon

I never thought I would get another evening sat out on the patio watching the stars come out this year. I am loving this.

Despite some interruptions from high cloud, maxed out at 27.1 today - just short of last September's highest. I think we'll beat that tomorrow though.

Not looking so good on Wednesday now though, which I had hoped would be another sunny day.
