Looks like just rain this far West. The garden needs it, so not complaining.

Mapantz has called it over on the Storms and Convective thread and I agree, not expecting anything other than rain for our region tonight. A classic Kent Clipper.

As you say Mapantz, thoughts turn towards Friday that could bring us a better chance for our region.

Well what a disappointment tonight. Looked so promising on radar for a long time. Thankfully we're still only in June so hopefully more chances before summer ends! Everything so still outside was hoping for a slight breeze through the windows not even that. Anyway on to the next chase!

Line of intense red on radar that could turn stormy , unfortunately looks just too far west of where I am . But good luck and hoping others get to see some lightning from it

With last night now history but in line with the forecasts, so what will today bring...well the radar shows a nice area of precip down in the channel heading northwards..

At least a possibility of some rain..

Well the sun came though in drips and drabs amongst the cloud so I can't complain ... too much ... ha! Even saw a 24c on the thermometer which is a suprise!

Cloudy all day with light rain at times but still warm and humid. Just had a slightly heavier shower. 20.5°C

What are the prospects for storms tomorrow any ideas? Some of our region might get something surely. Had some rain last night which kept the dust down but that was all. Is it me or is the humidity rising

Morning All a damp start with rain approaching from the east,  currently 12.0°C at: 06:37 and 1.8mm of rain so far this morning..expecting that to be topped up through the day..
