16.6°C and cloudy.

I have to buy a new temp/humidity sensor. The humidity part is failing.

Time for an upgrade.

Hmm let us know how you get on for getting spares, just interested..

This is the one I just ordered:

SHT11-temp_medium.png?v=1619443274
WEATHERSPARES.CO.UK

The latest and most accurate Davis digital temperature and humidity sensor for the Vantage Pro2 range of external sensor suites and temperature / humidity stations (built from 2006...

That's the newer version compared to mine.

I also decided to upgrade the console firmware too. I hate doing that, it makes me anxious as it can easily go pear shaped! Thankfully, it didn't.

Morning All, overnight mist has cleared in the main, but we have our layer of St again today, complete with drizzle.. which appears to have blown away the concept of a heat wave!

image.thumb.png.ec5ab9e376f08ac621fc71a88219bbe1.png

Overnight low was a very mild 13.3°C at: 04:15 which is about the same as yesterday, currently 14.5°C at: 08:27 with the RH95%...the beachcam shot this morning, overcast and gloomy, and I expected it to be warm and sunny now the eclipse day has passed, Oh well, I guess it's good to be wrong..

Good Morning All,

Complete cloud cover here as well this morning but does seem to be thinning and its getting a little brighter, it does bode well for the cloud cover to burn off later.

Cloud looks to be thinning on the satellite shot..

Mostly cloudy with the odd sunny spell. Temp 20.1°C

Just fitted the new temp/humidity sensor! Had to apply a -0.5°C offset to the console.

Cloudy and feeling muggy for much of the day, tried to brighten up for a time this afternoon. Reached 22.7°C.
