Cloudier compared with earlier but still a few sunny spells here and there. Light winds

Sunny for this morning but cloudy for most of the afternoon. I seem to have escaped the showers here as it's been dry all day. 8.8°C

Experienced 22 drops of rain earlier, mind you had to search to find their mark, and that was only because the wife put the washing out!

Come on now it's growing season and the lack of rain is as bad as constant deluges, but neither is a real b***ache..

Anyway after a peak of 10.7°C at: 10:41, currently down at 8.3°C, AND no measurable rainfall..doh!

Clearly SOMEBODY trampled the raked surface down on the beach today..

Had nice time at B&A today and as Andy Alluded to earlier it’s been a great week of cloud watching .

 These ones I took today.

Morning All, after an overnight low of -1.9°C at: 05:36, the sun is slowly pulling the temps up, currently 4.7°C, with hazy skies.

Here's hoping for a better chance of some showers, as yesterday they died a death as they approached the area..

The beach is just for the birds today...

This morning I went to do some work in the lovely village of Steeple Ashton near Trowbridge.

As I drove along the A350 there was a pimply/sharp shower for about 200m. The cloud was mixed mid level but mainly Altocumulus.

The Net Weather radar zoomed into that area at 07.45 and 07.50 is excellent enough to have picked it up!

Outdoor brew day down in Christchurch today. American Stout @ 5.2% for anyone that cares

Few showers this afternoon sent the OHs running for cover. Just got home and the Sun's out here. Typical.

Lovely day. Few Simpsons clouds around.

Cool enough to crack on in the garden, but warm enough to sit in the Sun for lunch on the patio.

Pub later too. Swanage tomorrow. Whoop, whoop!

Blurgh! Too much cloud! Sick of cloud lately. Can't we just see another day of nothing but sun please?!! Day starts sunny and cloud ruins it by lunchtime.

Another fine and sunny / mostly sunny day again, the breeze does feel a little chillier however than earlier in the week.

It’s managed to stay sunny today - would be a near perfect day for the time of year if it were about 4-5 degrees warmer!

Dunno 'bout yooz guys, but this month so far has been extremely dry, and overall so far this year we are down on rainfall figures..

Is April loosing it's label as a month of "April Showers" .... I wonder...

Looking at last year Rainfall for month = 35.0 mm

Looking at Rainfall so far this month = 4.6mm

"April showers, bring May flowers...", all good apart from the fact somebody forgot the rain bit..
