Och well, yet another thunderstorm warning goes by, with nay a thundercloud in sight . . . Honestly, we get more storms over here when there are no warnings at all!

We just got a quick shower, so exciting.......should have had a warning for that surely

no storms here yet, sky keeps looking very promising then disappoints, bit like promise of new house key yes its ready then oh we now need to do some other work on it, started to feel very annoyed and angry today about the whole situation feel like telling housing association to shove it as its been nearly 9wks since we were told we could have it

Evening all

Another showery day and I suspect (looking at the NW radar) it's not quite done with east London.

One shower developed more or less over East Ham and has intensified as it has moved east but the next storm is moving down the river towards us and there's plenty of rain for south and central London from that.

The wind is now coming from the WNW so looking upstream a few showers over the south midlands but that may be our lot for today.

Loads of pictures of it on my social media but odd as it didn't feel particularly conducive to that sort of thing outside.

Saw it rolling in, checked the radar and dived up the hill now stuck sitting under the skate ramp in the rain in the edges of it

Decided to make a dash for it after just one rumble of thunder as disntvfancy getting caught in hail.. and of course Mother Nature decided to turn the rain up a couple of notches as soon as we were clear of any shelter and my battery died so couldn’t grab any more pics. Watched what looked like a small funnel try to form over the sea but could have just been scud. Gave up when the rain eased and legged it home. So turns out the 35% storm chance at 7pm was one rumble and some rain

North of Kent heavy rain area, seen from Ashford, curtains of rain looking good but not picking up too well on camera.

even if we have missed many of the storms at times the cloudscapes have really been something this summer in Cobham !

Well that particular cloudscape fell apart and is now just raining.. and guess what; history is repeating;  we are up the hill and my phone is dying.

I'm not going to be on here much tommorrow as I'm probably going to be taking a lot of videos of Eoin Morgan lol but im taking my camera with me, was wondering if you have a camera or just use your phone?
