I was supposed to be going to sleep! Now tempted to see if my snow shield is still active here in NE Hants!

Might be some light snow showers later, I think some of the hi-res models were indicating this.

If they make it past the Heathrow/Thorpe Park snow shield that is.

The Kent streamer has crossed the m25. This is weird stuff.  Thames streamer In the morning , then a mid Kent streamer  at mid day, followed by an east Kent daggler during the evening and night. Then it backs to none and west Kent and south Essex get another chance.

You couldn't make it up....waited to see what the oncoming blob would deliver. And nothing....disappeared on approach.

Bed is calling...Good luck fellow SW Essex/Londoners....hope it lays for a few, but yet again it doesn't seem to have the legs to get inland too far in these parts.

Would be my current luck that if I go to sleep, said storm shields would collapse. Because despite most believing the weather is grounded in science, it is in fact decided on in direct contrast to my wishes.
