I am liking the look of that!

Yep

Looking hopeful of 1 more day of seeing snow falling tmrow before a freezing cold few days..

Hopefully the snow sticks around atleast till the weekend so it can go down as a noteworthy spell (already is in my book).

Snow flurries punched wth glimpses of sun here..

A lot of snow to come today I reckon right through heart of London.

Yeo coming down quite heavily now here, there’s a pulse of heavier snow moving through south Essex into North London and another through south London. Topping up the snow cover nicely atm.

The sun is trying too come out here, much brighter skies then yesterday. Good frost and still snow on the ground.

Who cares if it is breaks down on Sunday. It's Tuesday now.. This is the UK so be happy with this rare cold spell and stop worrying when it will end.

Met office being it's usual self, still saying no snow today yet it hasn't stopped yet.

Also they were pretty bad with the warnings for this area as has snowed worse since it downgraded to yellow from amber yesterday.

Well this cold spell, after a slightly delayed start has been rather good!

Went out to go to work this morning and we easily had another 2 inches overnight, probably nearer 3. Very suprising!

Its still snowing now. ⛄

Don’t blame you . I haven’t given up at all. The mad thread consists of people taking as gospel every 8 day chart. Yet knowing that they are like chalk and cheese every 6 hours . I think it’s a sign of madness to be honest

Wonder whet would happen in the mod thread if all them model computers got unplugged?  Would they just be sitting there silent and still? Frozen in animation?

Went to bed and the streamers were to our north. Nothing put down overnight and now they’re to our south. Had enough with this spell. Another day of watching 1cm melt slowly.

Finally getting some more moderate decent snow now in Surbiton which has quickly turned everything white. Very fine grainy flakes,

After two (good!) days of tiny flakes the diameter of the flakes is up to 2cm and it's settled as much in one morning as the two previous days.

Even though totals are still small here (2-3cm max) i've really enjoyed the constant falls. Hoping there's more still to come.

Heaviest burst so far here with large flakes, was expecting this to be a bit further south so a nice surprise tbh.
