Thank you for the time and trouble for responding,  much appreciated. Considering what I was doing at specific times 83 and 97 seem the likeliest,  thanks again

Chucking it down with what I can only describe as "sleety hail" here. It's 2.3 °C, which is going some for mid-afternoon in May!

That last one definitely had sleet in it, the one at lunchtime was quite big hail, must have been 6 or 7 of heavy rain today. And some sunshine, luckily all the showers missed me on the dog walk!

Sleet and snow in may , has it technically snowed every month this year 👀🤷🏻‍♂️ Can it snow in June again ?

I’d say 150 m this afternoon as the wife reported snow at home 500ft

pretty decent effort for early may !

Tiny flurry of snow here this morning. Apparently, it briefly snowed quite heavily in Weston Coyney, just a couple of miles to my east.

We seem to have missed the showers here so far, though there may have been a couple before dawn. As I type it's bright sunshine. 9.6 °C, so still not exactly balmy, but it's pleasant for brisk walking. The sun helps no end.

I think we've had falling snow each month since at least November last year, which is mightly impressive.

lucky here today, missed most of streamer, Stoke area looks like washout, maybe not so lucky tomorrow, still NW breeze so streamers could be anywhere

assume snowline around 200m, so too low here

Yep. Soaking yesterday. It felt like autumn when I went out to vote. Absolutely freezing!

Much better day today. Yet another air frost overnight (min -1.1 °C) but lots of sunshine and a pleasant if still slightly chilly feel to the day. Max 15.3 °C, which I know isn't much but this "spring" I'll take what I can get! Shame about tomorrow...

After a lovely couple of days here, it's back to square one. Absolutely throwing it down (as forecast)

Hopefully it dries up this afternoon.
