Looks good To the east for a lot of the Midlands.

Looks like a bit of rotation too, like a small low forming?

That would be epic!!

Btw, light snow here atm

models do show the streamers moving south  through the night

Convergence line around the Wash should start to move south and go through East Anglia and then Kent.

Ditto. Just occasional showers while streamers have constantly passed just a few miles to my south.

A shift in wind direction to NE might actually give southern areas a chance seeing as everything coming from the East fizzles out over Northampton.

It it’s just turning to a N/W ... but there’s potential thanks

Edit,  I will say the change in wind direction won’t reach us until 1am at the earliest methinks

Hopefully very slow moving also, not worried about the blue stuff that follows.

Since around 8pm had intermittent snow ,

some good size flakes and intensity at times

almost 1 cm covering every surface , where snow had survived the day got 3 cm in places

looking at the radars ( cheers guys )

could be 2/3 or more hours of this ??❄️❄️❄️
Not bad seeing as we’d seen the last of the snow apparently
