I got absolutely pelted by those tiny ice balls this afternoon in Burton! The clouds seemed constipated!

I was out delivering in it all day getting annoyed about how rubbish it was lol. That it was a waste of snow.

Will this be the first bit to make it without disappearing by the M1. A little settling shower please.

Light snow falling in Nottingham last hour or so giving a fresh coating . It’s been an underwhelming event thus far but perhaps tonight might give a surprise or two

After the polystyrene balls today rest of the week is bone dry. I thought there would be more coming of the North Sea but can't see anything coming now for next 3 days. Hope the breakdown will be snowy whenever it happens. But next few days wishbone effect in full swing.

These showers are so agonisingly close to me by literally 3-4 miles

Fingers crossed it stays intact and crosses the M1 safely

This is painstaking.

The 12z ECM is about as boring as it could ever possibly be in the UK without being mild or wet.

Stinks of a dry and chilly couple of weeks. Time is ticking now.

Give me the GFS snowy breakdown.

Easterlies really are shoddy for us lot.

No cigar..... Just running out of steam we need some with higher intensity to hold out a little longer.. Hopefully the lineup of showers in that line will get abit more organised.

Yep even me here, that's the luck with showers in comparison to a Jan 24 type of frontal event.

Tbf I even think north Leicester did better with that, like around syston/thurmaston area

Yes what I have been using showing that big lump out in North sea reloading the showers. It has been out there for some time.
