My memory of streamers is that they can be very narrow. I've known a good few centimetres of snow 5 miles both to my North and South and to have nothing where I am.

Im guessing that is showing 5cm to 10cm from the North Sea to Cannock Chase area.

More persistent light snow here now, can see it on car roofs but only very fine, but its the most we have had so far. The NE around Humber area is looking very interesting.

Yes, Seems as though the Op has gone with the top end of the cluster on this run. Plenty to be resolved i would say.

The radar is definitely starting to look a lot more interesting now so you just never know

Minor ppn here. I think I am neither east enough or west enough for anything major.

We're right in line for that area pepping up between the wash and humber and already have a light covering. Bring it on

A very poor gfs 18z in the longer term compared to the 12z. That particular band on sunday would more likely be rain or sleet given the 850 temps.

Looks like plenty of precipitation on it's way somewhere from just north of The Wash, where though? That's the question

Is it snowing in Alfreton? That’s where I am from. We have no snow yet here in Tansley.

Yeah. We’d see a return to mild south westerlies and a longer route back to cold. Really don’t want that. A horrible run from the GFS.

It is yes. Very light but starting to show on the pavements but it's blowing around a bit
