Good to see you back on! Jan 24th was a great day! much better winter this year

Cheers, yes it was grand. It was a snow day for school on the Monday, although now they have remote learning they didn't technically get one as there were lessons available for them. However, the snowfall on the Sunday was brilliant, proper snow like in the 80s...

Direct miss for the West Mids on their current line.

Humm , not sure I'd be taking to much notice of the BBC forecast, presumably that's what your referring to.

Winds will veer slightly throughout the night and into tomorrow, that low isn't helping the situation currently.

A lot of it will come down to radar watching.

Generally western areas don't do well initially from easterlies so any snow at this stage is a bonus.

Nothing forecasted for Brum/West Mids till tomorrow morning,  so not expecting anything till then.

It is on the forecasts I’ve seen, evidence to the contrary?

Let's be honest no one including the models really know who is going to get what. It's a radar and lamppost watch. The met app looks great for us but I don't take much notice of it, its just as likley to be threatening and dry lol

Is it my imagination or has the streamer from the Wash started to take a more easterly direction in the last hour?
