I’m interested to see what updates the met office issue to their warnings tomorrow. Should be quite imminent it’s usually around this time. Expecting cold rain tbh - the joys.

The heavy stuff has just reached here, mainly rain but with a few flakes mixed in to maintain interest.

Same here and the accompanying details seem to back up the need for a warning more than yesterdays rather bland reasoning did.

Winking man looking wintry now ❄️❄️❄️

snowflakes mixed in rain but it’s just cold and damp… once clouds clear through tops should be white again

something drier and hopefully brighter should reach here within the next half hour before the heavy showers pack in behind.

not expecting much in the way of snow from them but maybe a chance of thunder.

Snow risk extended to cover much of Cumbria.. not expecting much below 200m perhaps a temporary cover for a time but shortlived. Fells will see significant amounts. They are cloaked now after this mornings front. We had a few sleety snowflakes mixed in but otherwise a cold bleak wet morning. Clearance has arrived and a bright cold afternoon in the offing.

Still 3ºC here but we've had rain, sleet, hail & snow within the last hour and now it's sunny & clear skies

Looking at the radar some of the showers that are oncoming look lively

Yeah they’re pretty well scattered but some bright colours on the radar.

if there isn’t snow on offer then I’ll be happy to miss out but anyone unlucky enough to be in the firing line will likely get a short sharp drenching.
