Sorry I'm sending the forum into chaos here with all my laughing emoji's, I'm only drinking tea.

Quite clearly off that. ICONEU and UKV have been going for it for a few days though.. so not ruling it out

Is that the same front that hasn’t got the energy to reach here due to the strength of the cold block to the east.

That's the one, the day 5 pattern is well underway.

I would LAUGH if this Hull shower line converges on Manchester and then trundles all the way to Liverpool, saving the day at the last minute.

As a season ticket holder I'm sat here watching the Rochdale v MK Don's match online. Snow coming down for nearly 30 mins of the 1st half has nearly wiped out the white lines. Shower coming out of Bradford might scupper the whole match ❄❄⚽

Looks like High peak, Tameside & Stockport in firing line. I'm going to be to the north of this unfortunatly.

All it needs is a small continuous line and it would cover in no time, stranger things have happened, you're better placed

Yep.. just rain for us now, before changing back to snow once it passes NW .... unbelievable

The only explanation for this is we are cursed.. Just not possible to be so unfortunate literally all the time.. North South East and now west.. CURSED.

For some reason I’ve got my version of the 1970’s Steelers Wheel classic going around in the my head.

Blizzards to the north of me, Blizzards to the south.

here I am, stuck in the middle with nowt.

Yes it looks likely to turn milder next week but I doubt it'll be the end of any cold. Got a feeling later in the month & March could be colder than normal. Spring can wait until April. Hopefully beer gardens will open too.

Just 1cm cover will do me that lasts enough to enjoy it for half a day and then the weather can do what it likes

Could be the longest snow shower during this cold spell. The weather gods may have lined it up.
