Showers really starting to pack in now, yes they will be lighter in the West but I'm sure they'll make it later.

Snow showers via Sheffield incoming to East Manchester/ NE Cheshire/ Peak District now. Flurries further south. Sunny with snowflakes in the air here in SE Cheshire at the moment but cloud moving in from the east.

The chart is showing a channel low with a easterly wind. Basically a lot of snow

we have small flakes but quite a few of them, strange thing is it sticks then the wind just blows them off the surfaces any way haha

A few decent snow showers but not amounting to much yet. Even though it’s -0.7°C it’s melting on the paths and roads as it’s not quite heavy enough.
