If it continues it will better it..

Just been looking at temps out till Sat , this snow isnt going anywhere in a hurry other than sun melt and were not due to see that till Thurs maybe Friday.

Heavier than most models where showing it has to be said.

I disagree, they expected up to 15cm if not more. You wont get that with this rate, as it keeps stopping and starting.

To be honest it doesn't even look like the lucky areas such as Kent are doing that well either. So far it is BFTE 1 BFTE 2.0 0. I'm moving to Rotterdam.

Maybe, but it turned from whole afternoon and night (and a fair chunk of the morning) of steady rain to settling snow. So I don't care about the amber warning anymore.

Yeah been snowing since about 8.30 here. But sadly it hasnt settled yet. Even in the heavier bursts.

you are quite lucky, it is just very patchy cloud here, bitter wind and not much else!

Isn't that just the main frontal band though? Streamers are for this evening onwards I thought?

Sun shining in TW13 along with some minuscule flakes blowing in the wind, not the day I expected but still time for that to change......

If the flakes get any smaller here they will be impossible to see!

I’ve got a thin covering but things really need to pick up if this amber warning is to be justified

Geniunely not a bad day here, no real wind to speak of, sunshine constantly poking through the clouds so its not as dull as I feared it might be and whilst clearly cold, it doesn't feel *that* cold due to the lower wind here and the sunshine popping through at times.

If I can't have the snow, this isn't the worst thing in the world.

Not much happening here in Ashford after some initial heavier bursts this morning. It’s still not windy, perhaps we are being sheltered by the Downs.

No I think Kent is in the low center, going by the link posted up a bit.

Some people callin it a bust with light snow, I saw earlier that this is the lighter band with the heavier band incoming after lunch.
