Good shortwave v bad !

The one to the far sw near Iberia falls into the good category as that acts to help pull the pattern further east . As that runs east it phases with energy from the UK troughing and gives it a tug east se .

Arctic high drifting this way at 174. Should help further on into the run and push everything further south.

I think the problem with the current evolution is the constant top up of energy into the UK troughing .

The deep vorticity to the ne chucks those little purple energy supplies sw and you can see how this helps to deepen the UK troughing .

We need that supply cut off !
