It's the GFS, so I'm going with something along these lines...

That's it guys & gals, DPs are dropping, 850s are dropping. Must mean we're all going to wake up to 6ft snow drifts in the morning!!

Suddenly a whiff of optimism drifts across the thread....

GFS / METO raw goes for 2-4cm here...

Depends on what that whiff smells like

Sorry to hear about you testing positive again for COVID. Unfortunately, people can catch COVID again even though we have been told the opposite!

I have also got COVID symptoms and posted my home test kit this morning.

To see some snow will cheer us up ❄️

Must be incredibly frustrating to be stuck at home when the roads of Croydon need you!

Stay warm, stay safe, here's wishing you a speedy recovery

Nobody swimming or sunbathing at Southwold today. A real boiling sea.

Oh to be there at the moment with no virus around, whatever the weather, nice lunch and a pint in The Nelson, then a stroll along to the Lifeboat station, wave at someone in Walberswick and back again.

Well I suppose the marginal live news is how fast the DP is dropping, also bodes well the low DP in North Sea and Continent. Tonight could be interesting for some.

It hasn't stopped here yet, been at 3 all day, but hopefully soon, looks like the weather is coming from the east rather than north east now on radar, should be better for us dew point wise.

Hi Sheldon if you follow where the arrows are pointing you’ll see wind is coming from a cold northeasterly direction not southerly. And DPs are supportive for snow <0C if that verified we’d have a higher chance of seeing snow than next 48 hours.

Yes, I think as I understand it, that he reverses it, as in the wind is blowing towards the south. That's how I took it anyway.

T/D 2.5c/1.7c - slowly dropping. Precipitation breaking up a bit into bands. Got to get lucky at some point.

Sorry to hear this mate! Out of interest when did you first have covid I had it in June when not many others had it. But I was the only one at my work who tested negative New years day everyone I had been around at work was positive!  Everyones telling me I'm still immune from the first time? But people that had it  few months earlier than me in Feb March and are the ones have caught it again!

Yes natural immunity wears off in a matter of months, immunity from vax will last longer but I do believe not forever (which is normal, whooping cough vax for example wears off after about a decade).

I haven't left the original lockdown! I only go out for a walk, so some snow would be very much appreciated. I need new scenery to look at!
