A lot of people use their phones and the location doesn't show on the mobile site.

Put your phone in landscape (sideways) instead and it shows on the left!

Not this again - this was discussed last weekend. Turn your phone to landscape mode and it should show up. It seems to work on most phones (Android and Apple).

Or, like another poster mentioned, click on the persons profile of you are that interested?

Still raining, temp down to 5c now.

If you'r on your smart phone, turn to landscape mode to see location in profile

That doesnt work for all of us - mine is an S8 and shows nothing. Comes up every week this issue but yeah just click on a profile, not exactly difficult. Pain in the arris to keep stating a location in every post.

Seriously how hard is it to quickly click on someone's profile?

Be clicking on profiles most of the time at this rate when posters just have to type where they live its not hard is it...

What browser are you using? Chrome on my S9 and it works fine!

Before this turns into the "show your location" thread again. If you can't see someone's location on mobile, then rotate your phone to landscape. If that still doesn't work, then you need to use another browser like chrome.

Nobody has to post their location just for the benefit of the few, expecially if it's already in their profile.

I'm looking at a way to display it on mobile. But not everyone will see it on landscape, it's related to the pixel width of the screen as to whether it shows or not. It is shown on profiles if people click through to those, regardless of browser/device type. And hopefully, we'll find a way to display it next to posts on everything soon too.

Drying up here in Ely, Cambs, after a bit of wet weather earlier.

Keeping a close eye on next Mon/Tues - looks to me like the mild air will kick out any earlier snow but the 00z did show a bit of potential for the cold air to shift more stubbornly and therefore that could be a good chance for us in EA for at least a temporary decent covering..

ps I still can’t believe we are talking about locations!! A lot of us can’t see the locations on your posts, just add it to your post - it’s so easy and simple! There are a few on here that are being silly about it now, a shame.

It’s been pouring all morning but is now a bit lighter. The temp is definitely dropping. When I was walking the dog it was very mild but as we were coming back you noticed the drop in temp and could Start seeing your breath. The ground though is absolutely sodden, and that’s on a chalk soil.
