So true. Perhaps Kent/Sussex coasties can join our socially distant snow gang as well.

I'm in!

Are you sure it really isn’t snowing? Perhaps you should go outside and check again as surely the App can’t be wrong?❄️

Just this minute checked, mate... nothing, zilch, nada!☹️

Snow sinking back south now but getting lighter

Looks like some places could get a dusting/top-up followed by clear skies, so it should stick around until the morning ❄️

Anyone here in Norwich? Looks like something quite fruity is brewing there...

Yep but just hail/sleet at the moment. Hoping some heavier stuff will turn it to snow!

Definitely picking up in intensity here. Nothing like earlier but still decent and settling on all surfaces

Crikey radar looks quite promising for the far north of London, Epping Forest, Chingford E4, Barnet, Enfield etc.

I hope so...just a nice covering of 1-2cm please.!! (Enfield)

I wouldn’t bank on the sinking front bringing too much snow ....the lighter stuff could well be wet not white ...and there’s not much sign of too much that’s heavy in there .....

I like to think of the APPs as the equivalent of the “COVID deniers” in the weather world. Come out with an outrageous prediction and then not a word of an apology when it turns out to be total b***ox.

Light snow in Romford...again. Unless I'm mistaken though...that precip is weakening significantly as it comes back down.

Well, fandabidozie, that's FIVE HOURS' in and still the NW app's snowfest has failed to materialise.

Here's me patiently waiting once more round 2 yes please, but I am not expecting a lot here with reports of it getting lighter in intensity

It is lighter but there’s a band of heavier snow just north of me.

Light snowfall in Chingford.

Looks like a moderate section about to track through Epping Forest, looking at the radar.
