They are the ones I use. Being willingdon trees im kind of in-between them. Temp down to 2.1c now. I can see I few suspect bits in the rain.

Ha! thats the best it got for us. Its almost passed us now. The last bit of hope for today is if it pivots like they say and comes back down, but i fear it maybe too far east of us and be fizzling away by then. Im just up the road from you in carew road, so a about 20m asl

Looks like that's our lot in Wallington. Finally got out the door and it's stopped. My sister forced me to do our tax returns during the blizzardy bit

And I fuel my anger even more, by putting the footy on bbc1, and seeing snow at Chelsea. Ggrrr

So was getting excited seeing this come towards us with all the reports of snow.   No snow even though it’s showing as snow !! Aylesford

Temps are 3c here (Halling) right in a warm sector, rain only, not even sleet.

Any chance that warm sector will move away? Just started sleeting in Folkestone at 4c. Notice the temp has levelled out and the DP has dropped slightly.

In fact looking at radar the cold front is already over you, probably when the DP started dropping. Let me know if it transitions.

Steady cold rain here all the way in Horsebridge.

The depressing thing is that, based on the models earlier, we may have to do it all over again in a few days.

What is it they say about the definition of madness... “doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result”. Sums up the life of a south coaster when it comes to snow!

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
