Just passed peak intensity here in Twickenham. Reckon we have about 3-4cm on favoured surfaces.

A few heavy bursts here in Bexleyheath, but really struggling to settle.  Still, nice to see it falling ❄❄

50/50 whether it will make it up to King’s Lynn. Most models show the upper most part of the front stalling right over us before heading back SE. A decent Ice Day though with the harsh frost still here.

The radar is currently lying to me in South Woodham, says there should be something coming from the sky, but there is not.

Marginally higher than you and ten minutes away and that matches what we've had here exactly. Unsurprisingly... Just dissolved as it got to us.

Suspect it would be snow and settle if intensity was reasonable and consistent, but the band is too broken.

Where is this likely to stall? The radar seems to suggest its more sleet about 30miles south of here and that seems to be heading this direction.

The band is now moving more south to north with less of an easterly push

Moderate here in Waltham abbey. Decent sized flakes settling on all surfaces

Snowing heavily with huge flakes here about 10 mins ago at Heathrow (work) but now finer flakes, a good covering now, even main roads quite treacherous around the airport because of light traffic of a Sunday
