Bored with rain now!

I’m going back to Scottish house shopping On Rightmove! This time next year!

I’ve fancied moving North for years but also would miss the warmer drier summers down South.

Need a winning lottery ticket then can have a house up North for winter and down South for summer.

Still snowing with cover only on cars and everywhere else is patchy, slushy mess.

Snowing in NE Norwich - really coming down as well

Settling quite nicely too

You might be one of the lucky ones and it’s stays as snow you know ! Doesn’t look like turning to rain where you are any time soon

Has it stalled to the west or something seem to have been in a dry slot for what seems like an eternity here

We don’t like the heat so Scotland is good for us, never thought I’d move but with mum and dad both dying end of last year we are selling up both properties and moving, at least we might see some snow! And it’s quieter, Surrey is so full of people now, my family have lived in this house for 200 years so it’s a huge decision!  But we are doing it!!!

I hope you’re right and that that extends to here in Dereham too, only the second time since living in Norfolk (since 2013) that ive seen a proper coating of snow

My BBC icons briefly teased with heavy snow for 7am which quickly turned to sleet until midday only to be replaced by rain now mainly! What a flop this has been again for low lying NW Kent

Still precipitation hanging off the Welsh coast ,when you think its taken that long to get here from when it hit the mainland  yesterday.

Still a few a while yet before it clears away.

UKV, Icon especially and in the main Arpege are now my go to models when it comes to snow forecasting they've been far better than likes of Euro 4 harmonie etc which keep overestimating snowfalls!Spot on for my location- goes to show we need all models onside to predict snow for here

Leaving somewhere with so much attachment is hard but a new place in beautiful  Scotland certainly would help ease that feeling.

You just know next year we'll have the best ever BFTE, with higher pressure north over Scotland while the SE gets buried

I don't like the heat myself but I don't fancy summer temps stuck in the teens with constant rain which happens regularly up north.
