Snowing in deal right on the east Kent coast

Back home 3 miles inland and 60m asl, we have a light dusting on the cars, it's still pretty light and turning the ground wet.

still a bit too south, and i notice the movement is really really slow with no wind. probably why the fog around maidstone area is building.

Interesting that we actually maxed out 0.1c lower than your location which is nearly always colder than here right by the Thames

Tiny bit of snizzle in Braintree. I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't gone to my car.

Looking at the radar not expecting much this evening so will do a round up.

Snow 0/10

Frost 4/10

Ice Days 8/10

Longevity 8/10

Giving an average of 5 out of 10 for this Chilly Period - Lets hope the next spell can get a much better rating than this end of Jan as I still fell we will get a better attack from the NE from the 26th Onwards.

Got a shower of rainy/sleety/graupel mix at the moment...a bit underwhelming considering it's 0.0c!

Can’t see anything failing but everything is covered in a sparkly crust. Not sure if it’s snowed or heavy frost!

Is the 26th onwards regarding positive response from a SSW?
